Not much tonight: Spelling Tests and Work due tomorrow! Read a book and do some one pagers. We are having a short science test tomorrow as well. Students all took notes already on the test that they will be allowed to use. I loaded a lot of pictures below and a short video of the best kids in WISconsin. Mr. N. Just an Amazing Group of Kids! The Week Thus Far Good evening everybody! This is Claire H., with today's news. Today in reading, Mrs. Weird came and we wrote R.A.F.T.S.. HW in reading: Finish rafts if you didn't finish them. In Writing, we Read to self, and some people went to Fluency Tutor. HW in writing: Read. In Social Studies, we started looking at a project that we were going to do. We also looked at some examples. HW in social studies, None. In Math, we reviewed for a test. Some chose to go to Miss Colleen's room and work there, and some chose to work in Mr. N's room. HW in math: Review! TEST TOMORROW!!! In Science we studied for a test. HW in Science: TEST FRIDAY!
Well that's all we did today! No Bucky Bucks! :-( ~Claire Hey Its the weekend and this week was almost the greatest week of all this year. Take a book home. Get your math review guide home . Electra Hello boys and girls (and parents and friends!) I just heard from Mr. Moeri that we had a wonderful afternoon, but there was an incident right at the end of the day that made ruined our chances of getting Bucky Bucks! Bummer... I am not sure what it was, but am disappointed that this would happen in our classroom! Let's make tomorrow 100% great! Tonight, everyone needs to complete the math sheet, and prepare for their presentations! I have loaded another presentation for everyone to watch. Good luck tomorrow! Mr. N. Today we had a lot of fun.
Some of us at first had MAP testing while others did something else. Homework in reading: Read. In math we did this really hard worksheet. There are some people who go to spotlight before recess and some people made fun of them. So Miss Coleen showed them the answers and they got it and no one else did. It was a good lesson to learn. Homework in Math: quiz tomorrow. Then we had a meeting about how we did with our sub yesterday. Homework in Language Arts: none. Homework in spelling: Spelling packet due tomorrow! In science we talked about land forms. Homework in science: none. Them we worked on our Midwest posters in social studies. and had music and extensions. Bye! :) Grace It's sad to admit that we didn't make it through one day before losing out on our goal of a Daily Blog. So here I am, writing the blog for the kids again. While I am not into making excuses, I will tell you the reason. We were printing off our Southern Research paper! So that is very exciting. Students all knew that the paper was due today and most came through with flying colors! It was very exciting to see the end result of this hard work. Tomorrow, I will be introducing a the guidelines to the presentations and I loaded a wonderful example for you all to watch below.
