First and foremost, WELCOME TO OUR CLASSROOM! I am very excited for the new year and the new opportunity we have to grow and learn together. The start of the year is always an exciting time of the year for teachers, students and parents because of the endless amount of potential and possibilities that is presented to us.
Let's just take a moment to explain a little bit about the Weekly Message. What is it? How will it work? When should you check it? Just the BaSICS!
Each week, usually on Sunday evening, I will take time to write, or video, a short message to the parents and students of our classroom. This message will have a lot of important information for the many fine members of our classroom community. Items such as big projects, field trips, events, or even a little bit of motivation will be held within this weekly message.
In the past, parents have asked general questions about what is happening under the comments area so if others have the same question, they will have the answer too! However, if the question is personal or needs to be private, please continue to use email or phone.
For those of you who do not have internet access, no worries! Just let me know in the first few weeks of school, and I will gladly print out the weekly message for your reading each week.
I am not a skillful writer, but I will do my best (just like our students) to keep everyone involved and updated on what is happening in our classroom.
Thanks for helping all of us make this school year great!
Mr. N.
